Every price on this site comes from one place: the vendor’s own pricing page, opened on the day shown at the top of the article. Nothing is copied from another review site.
What we record
For each plan we write down the monthly price, the annual price shown per month, and what the annual total comes to. Vendors like to show the annual number in big type and the monthly number in small type, so we show both.
We also record the limits that decide whether the plan works for a solo business. Contact caps, funnel caps, course caps, custom domains, and any transaction fee on sales.
Then we take a screenshot. The screenshot is dated and kept, so if a vendor changes prices we can show what the page said when we wrote the article.
When we re-check
Every pricing page gets re-checked at least once a quarter. Popular ones get checked more often.
If a vendor announces a price change, we re-check the page that week and update the date stamp.
An article with an old date is not wrong by default, but it is a signal to open the vendor’s page before you pay.
Why the date matters
Kajabi, Teachable, and Skool have all changed their pricing in the last two years. An article written before those changes is confidently wrong today, and plenty of them still rank.
The date is the fastest way to know whether the numbers in front of you are current.
Reporting a mistake
If a price here is wrong, email maximilian@footholdsystems.com with the page and what you saw on the vendor’s site. Pricing corrections get fixed within a few days, and the date stamp updates when they do.
