systeme.io pricing is $0, $17, $47, or $97 a month, and the free plan has no time limit and no card. Most solo businesses end up on the $17 Startup plan, not because of the contact cap but because of one automation rule.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Contacts | Funnels | Courses | Automation rules |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 2,000 | 3 | 1 | 1 |
| Startup | $17 | $170/yr | 5,000 | 10 | 5 | 10 |

| Unlimited | $97 | $970/yr | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |

Is systeme.io really free?
Yes. There is no trial, because the free plan is the trial. It does not expire and does not ask for a card.
It is paid for by the three paid tiers and by an affiliate program that pays 60% to whoever sends a signup. That is also why most pages about systeme.io are written by affiliates. This one is too.
What breaks first on the free plan
Not the 2,000 contacts. The single automation rule and the single workflow.
Say someone buys your course. You want to tag them as a buyer and start a welcome sequence. That is two actions, and free gives you one rule. Add the other free-plan limits that bite early: one email campaign at a time, one tag, one custom domain, three funnels with 15 steps in total, and 500 students on your one course.
Startup at $17: the plan for almost everyone
Startup lifts you to 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 10 automation rules, 5 workflows, 10 campaigns, 10 tags, 3 custom domains, 5 courses with unlimited students, 5 blogs, 5 communities, and 10 upsells and order bumps.
If you are reading this because you pay $97 to $249 somewhere else, this is the plan you will land on.
Webinar at $47: only for evergreen webinars
The Webinar plan adds 10 evergreen webinars, and raises the caps to 50 funnels, 100 automation rules, 20 workflows, 10 domains, 20 courses, and 10,000 contacts. If you do not run automated webinars, Startup is the better buy until you pass 5,000 contacts.
Unlimited at $97: big lists and the free migration
Everything is unlimited, and the plan includes systeme.io’s migration service, where their team moves your funnels and courses across. If you are leaving Kajabi or ClickFunnels with a lot of content, buy Unlimited for the move and downgrade afterward.
Annual billing
Two months free on every paid tier: $170, $470, or $970 a year. The limits are the same.
Fees and payment methods
There is a 0% platform fee on every plan. systeme.io connects to Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago, Xendit, and cash on delivery. Some European methods are missing, so check yours before you move a store.
Free plan, no card, no time limit.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a systeme.io free trial?
No trial. The free plan is permanent and has no card requirement, so it works as the trial.
Can I downgrade later?
Yes. Plans move up and down from the billing settings. Content over the lower plan's limits becomes inaccessible until you are back under them.
What happens when I hit 2,000 contacts on the free plan?
You cannot add more until you delete contacts or upgrade to Startup, which allows 5,000.
Has systeme.io pricing changed recently?
The Startup plan was $27 in older reviews. On the date at the top of this page it was $17 monthly or $170 a year.
