What changed
Monthly billing was added; older reviews describe a single annual plan. The automated webinar product, EverWebinar, is folded into Basic and above rather than sold separately. A $49 Starter tier was added below it. Hosts went from one on Starter to six on Enterprise.
The two surprises
Starter has no automated webinars, so it cannot replace EverWebinar. And the $1 trial is a 14-day trial of Basic that converts to $99 a month unless you cancel; reviewers report cancellations taking effect at the end of the billing period rather than the day they cancel, so cancel early and keep the email.
The duration caps
