LearnWorlds pricing is $29, $99, or $299 a month, or $24, $79, and $249 billed yearly, and the $29 plan adds $5 for every paid enrollment. The fee is flat, not a percentage, so it hurts cheap courses most. Above eleven paid enrollments a month, Pro Trainer is the cheaper plan.

The $5 rule, explained
Starter charges $5 for each paid enrollment, on top of your Stripe or PayPal fees. It is not a percentage. On a $20 course that is 25% of the sale; on a $200 course it is 2.5%. The break-even against Pro Trainer is eleven paid enrollments a month on annual billing, fourteen on monthly. Free enrollments are not charged, but free courses only exist from Pro Trainer up.
What “active learners” means
The caps count people who log in during the month, not everyone enrolled. One thousand on Starter and two thousand on Pro Trainer and Learning Center. A reviewer’s complaint that “unlimited” turned out to mean two thousand active learners is about this line.
What Starter locks
From the vendor’s own table: certificates, subscriptions and payment plans, SCORM uploads, and page funnels are Pro Trainer and up. Starter gets the course builder, quizzes, your own domain, and selling through your own Stripe or PayPal.
Trial and cancellation
Thirty days free with the core features. Cancel before the renewal date; annual plans are not refunded after the first month according to several reviews.
